Medical Cardiology Opportunity - Huntington VA Medical Center - Huntington, WV

CARDIOLOGY MEDICINE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking to add a Medical Cardiology physician to our Cardiology Medicine team in our Huntington VA Medical Center. We are seeking a highly motivated BE/BC Cardiology Medicine physician, with an unrestricted MD / DO medical license, who shares our commitment to providing excellent care to our US Veterans.

The Hershel "Woody" Williams Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Huntington, W. Va. is a fully accredited 80-bed acute medical and surgical care facility that provides primary care and specialty health services, including radiology, mental health services, women’s health care, prosthetics, bariatric surgery, pain management, palliative care, sleep medicine and more.

Major Duties / Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly Cardiology Clinics
• Answer inpatient and outpatient consultations
• Interpret and generate reports of all cardiology procedures.
• Invasive Cardiology candidates will perform Cardiac Catheterizations
• Teaching medical students, residents, and fellows from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine – Marshall University
• Supervision of Cardiology Fellows
