Take Over FHO Practice with ~2,200 Rostered Patients

A FHO physician with a solo practice on the Hamilton Mountain is looking for a suitable candidate to take over her practice as soon as possible. With low overhead and a large roster of well-managed patients, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a practice with high earning potential and the opportunity to expand administrative supports while maintaining a reasonable overhead.

The successful candidate will take over an established roster of ~2,200 patients and can expect to see approximately 30 patients per (full) day. Current practice hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 4 pm with Thursdays from 1 pm - 8 pm (with 1 - 2 hours allocated for lunch and administrative work per day). The practice is also currently required to provide after-hours on-call coverage to the FHO every Monday until 7 pm.

The current location has 5 exam rooms as well as a private office and the practice has a great relationship with the pharmacy next door and medical imaging is located across the street. Parking is free for both staff and patients. Patient records are managed through Telus PS Suite EMR and billings are handled through Dr. Care.
