Dental Associate

Dolman Dental is looking to add to our team of Dental professionals!

Our newer practice has 10 operatories with 5 of those dedicated to our extensive hygiene program. Because we have spent the last 2 years developing the hygiene program, and with 70+ new patients a month, we have a full schedule and a lot of recare and emergency appointments. We have a stunning layout that is both open and easy to attend your patients. Our technology includes Cleardent, Cadi imaging, Pan machine, Access to CBCT, and a microscope.

We believe in active management and team culture. Our support staff receives clinical feedback from the ownership as well as development courses to keep them up to date and providing the best patient care. Each dentist is expected to be a leader to their group and provide direction to creating the best day possible for both the team and the patients entering our practice.

Our veteran administrative team has a strong handle our accounts receivable and collect payment the day of service. We are 4% above the fee guide with all major restorative and endodontics being 6% above the fee guide. Associates are paid 40% on collections.

We are looking for these scheduled days/ hours: We are flexible on every day except Tuesday evening.

• Monday 8-4:30pm
• Tuesday 12-7pm
• Wednesday 8-4:30pm
• Friday 8-4:30pm

Our ownership team is willing to mentor a new grad and train on technology and systems in the office as well as help with clinical skill building. We will also support an associate with marketing and patient introductions to the existing patient base. This is a replacement position and there will be a large book of patients that can be handed over to the associate.
