Clinical Pharmacist - Travel

We have an urgent opening for a Pharmacist in the Northern Ontario area. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. You will be supported by a full team, and all your travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

The pharmacy, where you'll be working, is well-established and runs efficiently as part of a hospital setup. It has received high praise from other candidates we've placed. During your shifts, you'll have access to skilled assistants to support you.

As a Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying prescriptions for accurate dosages.
• Calculating, measuring, and mixing prescribed medications.
• Offering guidance to customers on non-prescription drugs.
• Maintaining medication profiles for customers.
• Managing pharmaceutical supplies by placing orders and keeping stock.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario Pharmacy Association.
• Experience working with pharmacy computer systems.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a busy pharmacy setting is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
