Dental Hygienist - DocBraces Moncton

Duties:

• Perform dental cleanings and oral exams for patients
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and materials
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to patients as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry
• Experience with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental office software is preferred
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Previous experience in dental assisting is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills
