To meet our patient demand, we are looking for compassionate and team-oriented Physiotherapists at each of our 4 centres: Dartmouth, Halifax, Bedford, and Fall River.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Treatment Setting: 1-on-1 in private treatment rooms, 30-minute visits, 60-minute assessments

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year (based on caseload management and experience)

What You Will Do - Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat clients following regulated physiotherapy practices.
• Assess clients using a holistic approach to health, with an appreciation for the strengths of other healthcare professionals and how they can support your practice and clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals using the Choice Health Centre collaborative care model.
• Create and implement client treatment plans.
• Maintain client records.
• Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in community events.

What You Need - Qualifications:

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
• Graduate of a Master’s in Physiotherapy program.
• Experience or education in treating clients in an outpatient setting.
• An appreciation for a holistic approach to health care that emphasizes whole-person care and embraces a team approach to helping our clients, practitioners, and ourselves.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals using the Choice Health Centre collaborative care model.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
