Physiotherapist

At Elevation Physiotherapy & Wellness, we are a busy physiotherapist-owned clinic with a team of supportive and experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering the best care for their patients. We provide full-hour assessment and 30-minute follow-up treatment times, and see every patient one-to-one without using modalities or assistants/kinesiologists. Whether you’re interested in growing as a clinician, or also want to help take on a business role, we provide mentoring and business growth opportunities.

We offer:

• Collaborative team culture
• Clinical mentorship through weekly one-ones that involve clinical support and reasoning, case studies to work through, building and maintaining a caseload, use of appropriate outcome measures, exercise prescription and progression, and development of a treatment plan
• Educational allowance ($1000 annually)
• Use of Clinicmaster EMR, with paid subscriptions to Embodia and Simple Set exercise software
• Complete administrative support (scheduling, billing, laundry)
• Private treatment rooms with a large, well-equipped gym area
• Great support from the local medical community with referrals in orthopaedics and pelvic health

We do not work in the WSIB or OHIP systems, and almost all of our patients are private/extended health coverage

We are looking for:

• A positive and energetic Physiotherapist who is licensed to practice in Ontario (registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario), who loves working with patients experiencing orthopaedic issues, has an interest in pelvic health physiotherapy, and wants to learn and advance through these courses, with clinical mentorship to build this caseload stream
