Family Physician - Ridge Meadows Wellness Centre

Job Title: Physician (Locum Position)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our team at the Ridge Meadows Wellness Centre. This is a locum position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our diverse patient population. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing surgeries as required, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. This position is salaried, with compensation arrangements including ARP, Group Contracts, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Perform surgical procedures as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest medical advancements.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program.
• Current and valid license to practice medicine in the state.
• Proven experience as a Physician or Surgeon, with a strong focus on patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
