Overview:

Under the direction of a physician order, plans and implements specific occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plan programs. The treatment is based on the patient’s physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. Provides advisory service to other team members to provide quality patient care. Functions under the direct supervision of the Director. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Certifications: Registration or pending registration by National Occupational therapy Certification Board required. Certification or pending certification by State of Missouri Division of Professional Registration Office Health Care Providers. Must know CPR.
• Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
