Summary

Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse:

+ Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences

+ Provides assistance with activities of daily living

+ Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care

Qualifications / Requirements

+ Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment

+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Shift: 3rd Shift (10p-6a), including Every Other Weekend/Holiday; Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range*: $19.00/hr-$20.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years

3rd Shift Differential: $1.00/hr
