Pharmacy Assistant/Technician

Our pharmacy is looking to fill the position of Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant. We are a busy, independent pharmacy partnered with a family practice and walk-in clinic.

We are currently looking for someone to join our team on a FULL TIME basis. Successful candidates would work 4-5 days per week, with a mix of mornings and evenings.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience and/or training as a pharmacy assistant/technician. Candidates must have retail pharmacy experience, or be a candidate or graduate of a pharmacy education program.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Flexibility in hours
• Able to work within a team
• Experience with blister/compliance packages, inventory management, and third party insurance claims

Our team includes a certified diabetes educator, an OCP certified preceptor for students and interns, and pharmacists who have worked in a variety of clinical settings. Our pharmacy uses Kroll for dispensary software, and experience in Kroll is highly preferred.
