Dental Assistant

Full time Level ll Dental Assistant required for Britannia Dental Centre. You will be working along with a team of supportive friendly staff. Knowledge of Abe dent software would be an asset. Position is open immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Assist with dental lab tasks, including pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
• Experience working with CAD/CAM technology preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.16-$27.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement: English not required

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Experience: Dental Assisting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification: Certified Dental Assistant (required)
