We have four exam rooms, a private office, lab space and a great waiting room space. Basement storage and room for office expansion. Our office is shared with a dentist that can stay or go depending on the needs of the new physician(s) coming in, and we have a competitive lease rate and total overhead. Can easily double up as family practice + walk-in clinic.
