Pediatric Urologist
The Department of Urology at the University of California, San Francisco is recruiting a fellowship-trained Pediatric Urologist. The successful candidate must hold, at minimum, an MD degree and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Urology and fellowship-trained Pediatric Urologist. The position will be in the Clinical or In Residence series at the assistant, associate, or full professor level, depending on the qualifications and experience of the final candidate. The ideal candidate must be experienced in open, robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic approaches. There are opportunities for investigator-initiated outcomes research as well as translational collaboration with well-established and well-funded scientists at UCSF and its affiliates. UCSF Urology is opening or has outreach facilities in the East Bay and San Mateo, and part of the Pediatric Urologist’s time will be spent at these sites in addition to the UCSF Mission Bay campus. All candidates must have or be able to obtain a California medical license. The candidate must have recognized skills in the education of trainees, including, but not limited to, Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows. The selected candidate must meet all of the qualifications at the time of appointment. Applicant’s materials must list current and/or pending qualifications upon submission.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See [Table 5]( Show Contact Details ). The minimum base salary range for this position is $149,700-$393,200. This position includes membership in the [health sciences compensation plan]( Show Contact Details ) which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
