FHO/FHT part time clinic locum

Looking for an ongoing long term part-time 1 half day per week locum starting in May/June 2024 to cover my FHO practice when I am not there. The successful candidate would need to have an independent CPSO license/CMPA coverage etc. We are located in Georgetown which is a short drive from central Mississauga/Milton/Brampton.

Ideally need Thursday morning 9-12 noon clinic coverage only. Generally 10 patients booked during this time. The practice is around 1150 patients. We use Telus/PSS EMR. There is RN and NP support along with 3 other wonderful and supportive doctors in the office. I am in the office the other days of the week.

Remuneration is paid per diem for a half day and you would keep all 3rd party fees for forms etc.
