Family Physician - Independant Clinic

Dr. James Lam is currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated Physician for a locum position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients. This is a fee-for-service position, offering a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and procedures to provide the best care possible.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities and maintain current knowledge of medical laws and ethics.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a residency program.
• Current and valid license to practice medicine in the state.
• Proven experience as a Physician or Surgeon in a similar clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients and their families.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
