Primary Care Physician

Our health team focuses on disease management and prevention, rehabilitation and health promotion. The Primary Care Physician will join a team of professionals providing primary care and will work within a Collaborative practice model. Provides primary care functions and participates in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services for individuals, families and the community.

We Offer:

• Part-time (PT) base salary of $175,420
• 21 hours per week (FTE 0.6) no weekends or Holidays
• Approximately 650 patients due to complexity
• On-Call Compensation $3,211 per annum/FTE 0.6
• NP Collaborating fund $3,275 per annum/FTE 0.6

What we're looking for:

• Licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, in good standing
• Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent practical experiences, an asset
• Flexible start date and schedule
