Family Medicine - South Carolina (1 Month Assignment in August w/ poss extension)
Open Dates: August 5th - September 6th
Desired Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Would like at least 3 to 4 days of coverage every week
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work:
Need Family Medicine to see patients of all ages.
Patient census 20-23 ppd
Basic Primary Care
Appointment based with some Walk ins Additional physicians and Advanced practice providers onsite
The only controlled substance they prescribe is ADD Medicine
Requirements: SC license, Federal DEA, SC DEA/DHEC - controlled substance registration
EMR is Aprima.
