Seeking family physicians interested in opening a new practice and/or assuming a portion of another physician’s practice that is retiring at year’s end. Horizon offers family medicine, pregnancy care, vein & cosmetic, joint rejuvenation, and sports medicine. The clinic normally has 25-30 patient phone calls per day seeking family physician. Currently our collegial doctor group sees their own patients and will rotate through covering Urgent Access (walk-in for our own patients). Patient demand for Urgent Access can vary between 30 to 40 patients per shift. Clinic uses Med Access and is highly digitized. Paneled patients have charts in the EMR with vast majority of patients using Telus Pomelo Health online platform for appointment booking and receiving patient results. Our physicians maintain complete practice and scheduling flexibility which supports lifestyle and work/life balance. Recruitment bonuses available on a case by case basis.
