Family Physician

Join Bluewater Area Family Health Team (BAFHT) as a full-time Family Physician and be part of our dedicated team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Worker, MOAs and Administration staff. This position provides a balanced lifestyle with flexible hours and weekends off, plus a generous compensation package including a no overhead or buy-in fee, 4 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid personal days, 10 paid CME days, 12 paid statutory days, paid EMR license and Up-to Date. Administration time is provided each day to review reports, tests, and complete forms and phone calls. Our salary model also includes monthly premiums and bonuses (P&B), benefits, preventative care bonus, and non-OHIP revenue, plus a lifetime HOOPP pension to support your retirement. You are supported by a Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, and MOA with patient care and administrative tasks.

• Provide general practice care to a diverse patient panel/roster of 1650
• Flexible days for the physician

• 25 estimated patient hours with a daily salary compensation

• Must have a valid medical license

• Must have a panel/roster of 1650 patients for level 3 compensation
