Our client is seeking passionate and dedicated Family Physicians to join their innovative LifePlus program in Victoria, BC. This unique program combines Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) with preventive care, focusing on personalized health and wellness plans to deliver high-quality healthcare outcomes.

Role Overview:

• Practice Model: The LifePlus program integrates traditional family medicine with preventive and wellness care. You will split your time between delivering longitudinal family medicine care and conducting prevention, wellness, and non-treatment medical exams.
• Practice Management: No need to manage the practice. Professional management, administration, billing support, and assistance from RNs and allied practitioners (Kinesiologists, Dietitians, Mental Health) are provided.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside dedicated family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, and allied care clinicians. Opportunities for care innovation, thought leadership, and potential medical leadership are available.

Incentives and Compensation:

• Dual Practice Model:
• Insured services follow the LFP model with a small panel of approximately 400 patients for 2.5-3 days per week, allowing for unhurried appointments.
• Competitive earnings of 80/20 on MSP billings and 90/10 on panel and admin work.
• The remaining time is spent on preventive care at the rate of $300/hr with no overhead.
• Total Earnings: Potential take-home earnings of $380K-$445K annually, approximately 20% higher than a typical LFP practice.
• Signing Bonus: $50K signing bonus - $25K after 3 months and $25K after 12 months.
