Dental Assistant (CDA Level II)

Oxford Surgery Centre is a modern oral surgery clinic in London, Ontario. We provide surgical care to patients from all across Southwestern Ontario who have been referred to us by their dentist, denture therapist, or other health care provider. Our experienced, caring team is looking to add a full-time Certified Dental Assistant (level II) to replace one of our assistants who is moving closer to home (near Toronto).

We will be looking to have our new CDA, level II join us in the next 2- to 4-weeks. Training will be provided by our team leader.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting during surgical procedures
• Preparing and cleaning exam rooms and operatories
• Restocking items
• Sterilization of instruments
• Patient education (reviewing preoperative and postoperative instructions)
• Supporting other team members during patient care

Computer software skills are an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
