Maternity Leave Locum Oakville FHO Jan 6 to May 30/25

I am looking for the second half of a maternity leave locum from Jan 6 to May 30, 2025.

I am in a FHO in Oakville with approximately 900 rostered patients and share the office with 2 other lovely physicians.

We have an office manager, 2 other office staff and a part-time nurse.

I am looking for my locum to cover 6 patient hours each on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and 3.5 hours minimum on Fridays (must be available in person for all those days).

We use Telus PS Suite.

There is a mandatory after hours clinic (in person) about once per month on Wednesdays from 5-8 and a rare weekend clinic (e.g. once or twice per year).

The after hours schedule for 2025 has not been set yet so the locum can have input on their availability.

Compensation is competitive.
