St. Luke’s University Health Network, the region’s largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking passionate Board-Certified Family Medicine Residency Director to lead, administer and supervise all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program at our St. Luke’s Warren Campus in historic Phillipsburg, NJ.
Successful candidates will have dedicated time for administrative, educational, strategic and research initiatives as well as participate in our academic mission through our Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine partnership. Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Medicine, be eligible for academic appointment and have demonstrated clinical, administrative and/or educational leadership accomplishments.
In addition, candidates must have:
- A minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience
- must include previous leadership experience.
- must include current certification in the specialty for which they are the program director by the American Board of Family Medicine or by the American Osteopathic Board of
- Family Physicians
- NJ and PA Sate medical licenses (at the time of employment)
About the Program:
- Established in 1980
- We were the first program nationally to be accredited by both the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). You will be based at a 198-bed community hospital.
