Christmas Locum in the Snow

The Peninsula Family Health Team is looking for a dedicated Family Physician to join us over the Christmas break in the (hopefully) snowy Bruce Peninsula for a one week locum from Dec 29 to Jan 4 inclusive. Accommodation will be provided.

This locum will be a combination of primary care clinic and Emerg shifts in our low volume rural hospital. In addition, you will be on the backup call schedule to support our local LTC facility over the holiday week as well as some hospitalist duties.

Primary health care is provided through our Family Health Team which includes Physicians, NPs, Social Worker, RPNs and RNs as well as dedicated administrative support.  

Our practice is spread across two state-of-the-art sites, located in Lion's Head and Tobermory. Both sites are OTN enabled. Our FHT utilizes OSCAR EMR.
