Great FHO Opportunity

Established practice of approximately 1150 patients (just under 1000 rostered and 150 non-rostered) in small town 30min south of Ottawa (easy drive away from Ottawa traffic). Mix of rural and urban patients. Physician led FHO group of 5 collegial physicians which fits within a larger FHT. Supportive environment for new grad. Low overhead. Nurse present Monday to Thursdays for immunizations and allergy shots/injections. Nurse practitioner present twice a week (NP doesn't have own roster but helps see clinic patients) and nurse led pap clinic. Pharmacist and counsellor available for consultation within the FHT. Expectations are working approximately 5 half days per week (includes one evening clinic per week 5-8:30pm) and 1 in 5 Saturday clinics (9am-12pm). Great front staff. Some physicians in the office are associated with a smaller local hospital and therefore hospital work (hospitalist, ER, OR) and teaching opportunities may be available if desired (but not required). Room to grow size of practice if desired. Accuro EMR. Free parking. Pharmacy, audiology clinic, squash court and gym downstairs. Shared care style of practice could also be considered if candidate is not interested in taking FHO at this point.
