Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Ottawa, ON. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, medicine, compounding, and other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care skills
• Knowledge of medicine and compounding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred
• Experience with pharmacy software and technology is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Experience with patient counseling and medication therapy management is an asset.
