The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological services to a diverse patient demographic. The exact patient demographic is currently missing key details, but we serve a wide range of individuals and are looking for a professional who can adapt to varying needs. This position offers the flexibility of optional on-call duties, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.

As a Psychologist at Catalyst Career Connect, you will be expected to handle a patient volume from 10 individuals, providing comprehensive and personalized care to each one. We operate on a fee-for-service compensation model, ensuring that your expertise and dedication are appropriately rewarded. Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to determine the needs of each patient.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to help patients manage their mental health conditions.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including session notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• A Doctorate degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure to practice psychology in the state.
• Proven experience as a practicing psychologist, preferably in a diverse healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
