LPN Director of Client Services at Always Best Care Senior Services

We are a licensed, non-medical home care agency based in Herndon, VA. We are seeking a full- time Director of Client Services to work closely with the company's owner to manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be an LPN with at least three years experience supervising nurse aides. Experience working for a home care agency is strongly preferred. Only those with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency will be considered. Director of Client Services is a key position in the company. You will interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis and have the ability to positively impact the quality of care that we provide. Work is both inside and outside the office with a wide variety of tasks.
