Relaxation Massage Therapist/Body Worker- Mysa Nordic Spa

Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Island's first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters, Mysa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation services including:

• Scandinavian hot baths
• Essential oil steam rooms
• Cold water plunges
• A Finnish sauna
• Massage therapy
• Meditation and relaxation sessions

The resort also includes 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, providing residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh. Relaxation therapists reduce stress and promote relaxation & calm through massage. Relaxation and rejuvenation is the focus of this treatment (treatment is not covered by extended health benefits).

As a Relaxation Massage Therapist/Body Worker, You Will:

• Provide exceptional care to clients of Mysa Nordic Spa
• Discuss client concerns to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment
• Offer services in a spirit of respect and collaboration with other massage therapists and spa employees in a context of high traffic
• Have complete knowledge of the services and products offered at the spa
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and maintain an adequate supply of necessary supplies
• Observe hygiene and sterilization standards
• Be receptive to customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
• Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional environment

What You Bring:

• Enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, managers, and associates
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Diploma in Esthetics
• 1 year or more of previous experience in Esthetics
• A diploma in massage therapy from a recognized school is considered an asset
• Experience working in a spa environment
