We are seeking talented Family Physicians interested in a new and exciting challenge to join a network of 6 professionally managed Family Focus Medical Clinics, located in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) in the beautiful maritime region of Nova Scotia - with Breathtaking Natural Beauty, Rich Cultural Heritage, Exceptional Work-Life Balance, and a Thriving Healthcare Environment

** Estimated Annual Salary: up to $400,000+

(Virtual Care can be provided from anywhere in Canada, conditional on obtaining the Nova Scotia License)

With multiple locations, THE FAMILY FOCUS MEDICAL CLINICS will give you the opportunity to find the right fit, while working with an amazing, dedicated team of professionals in Family Medicine, being supported by the Medical Director Dr. Mark Fletcher,

MD, CCFP (EM), DIP Sport Med. 

Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention.

Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners’

Act as a patient’s advocate

Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations.

Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements

Family Physicians should meet the following criteria: -      

*Eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons

of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)       

*Eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians

of Canada (CFPC)     

*Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership
