seeking a Division Chief of Rheumatology. We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader with proven accomplishments, extensive clinical expertise, and preferably a background in education.
The Division Chief will report to the Chairman of Medicine and oversee the clinical activities of our growing team of seven physicians, two advanced practitioners, and two Fellows. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, physician recruitment, development and performance evaluation, operational and financial management, quality performance, customer/service improvement, and clinical outcomes.
