ED Locum (Clinton)

WE have an immediate need for ED coverage at Clinton Public Hospital on the following dates:

• July 10 (24 hrs) or part thereof
• July 21 (24 hrs) or part thereof

Reimbursement is through the AFA for 0800-2200 at a rate of $180-$190/hr. ED registration closes at 1800 and the hospital is closed overnight. Physicians agreeing to be available overnight to support the inpatient unit (20 beds) would receive an additional stipend of $500-$550.

Local ED back up is available.

Accommodation is available in a comfortable, fully furnished one bedroom suite.

Clinton Public Hospital is part of the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance, which also includes; Seaforth Community, St Marys Memorial and Stratford General Hospitals. The four-hospital Alliance is located in beautiful Southwestern Ontario.

Clinton Public Hospital is a 20 bed well equipped hospital with a bed mix of Medicine and CCC. There is strong specialty support available through colleagues at Stratford General Hospital, approximately 45 minutes away. The hospital provides on site specialty clinics in allergy, paediatrics, surgery and internal medicine.
