DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:a. Have and maintain board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (required)b. Be proficient in the written and spoken use of the English language.c. Have a basic understanding in the VHA credentialing and privilege process.d. Have at least 5 years experience in healthcare leadership, directly supervising staff and performing labor relations/ employee relations/ performance appraisals related tasks, preferably 1-2 years VHA experience.e. Have and maintain current certification in CPR/BLS (required).
