Pharmacy Assistant (Call Centre and Logistics)

Create Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant for our Call Centre & Logistics departments

We are looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team! We are a leading compounding pharmacy in SE Calgary offering Level A, B & C non-sterile and sterile compounds.

The position involves working alongside our pharmacist, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants in the call center:

• Answering calls and liaising with customers, prescribers and various stakeholders
• Processing prescriptions and orders in Kroll
• Prioritizing prescriptions to be made by our lab team

The other part of the position involves working with our logistics team:

• Coordinating deliveries for around the Calgary area and beyond
• Processing payments
• Packaging orders according to delivery needs and methods

The ideal candidate will:

• Have great attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be highly organized
• Have Kroll experience
• Able to work in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Be flexible as a team member

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday schedule (Mon, Tues off)
Wed to Fri (8-10 hour days), Sat (6 hour day), Sun (4 hour day) = 40 hours/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
