Physician required to start a new practice in the heart of Etobicoke, seconds away from the doorsteps of the hospital.

Permanent Health is seeking for one or two fully licensed physicians looking to start a new family practice in Etobicoke. The clinic is located across William Osler Hospital and has multiple walk-ins as well as patients looking for a new family physician.

What we offer:

• A brand new, fully functional medical clinic with 4 exam rooms that is already set up with all the equipment
• Waiting area is already furnished
• Considerably low overhead (less than $2000 for 2000sq ft of space)
• Clinic pharmacy has a longstanding relationship in the community and will refer patients
• Ideally positioned across the hospital, which leads to an enormous number of walk-ins
• Convenient hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm, Weekends 10am - 5pm

Requirements:

• Valid Medical License and CCFP
• Strong Commitment to Patient Care
• Passion to run a successful enterprise
