Maternity Leave Locum in Downtown Toronto (Adelaide and Sherbourne) FHO clinic

April 18, 2025 - April 18, 2026 (dates have some flexibility). 

1400 rostered patients

3-8 half days/sessions per week, some flexibility in days/number of sessions. Some sessions can be virtual.

AHC- 1 in 6 evenings and weekends

A well-managed typical family practice list, newborns to geriatrics.

Large, modern clinic with new medical equipment. 9 consultation rooms. 6 colleagues in a well run FHO.

Wonderful administration team of 4 medical office assistants that are very supportive. Assistance with IM injections, measuring vitals, checking weights, baby measurements, etc.

Avaros EMR- training can be provided

Happy to help with transition, can provide support to locum in initial weeks
