Primary care (walk-in)

With the increasing difficulty in accessing primary care, I am wondering if there are some late-career Family Physicians in the Collingwood area who would be interested in providing part-time support to the many unattached patients in the area.

The work can be done in-person and/or virtually with the assistance of an on-site nurse.

If a sufficient number of part-timers are available I will set up a clinic in town. I run several virtual clinics and one large FHO in the Toronto area. I have a keen interest in the rights of patients to access care.

The clinic will provide primarily episodic care but further care can be provided if needed and care will be co-ordinated with other health care facilities and providers in the area. The location of the clinic will be determined but it will be centrally accessible.
