The Licensed Practical Nurse Provides routine nursing care, documentation, and record review. Oversees medical information, verifies follow up and document results, performs chart reviews and makes appointments. Knowledge of OPWDD rules and regulations. Chart review, completion of routine work, documentation, schedule appointments, provide comforting bedside care, administer medication, take all vital signs, collect samples, provide wound care, help coach staff as necessary, etc.
