Position Overview
Mackenzie Health is currently recruiting a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist with subspecialty training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FTE: 1.0) to continue building the growing MIGS division. The Physician will work in collaboration with the other members of the Department to perform all professional duties in the area of Gynecology. Applicants should be fellowship trained and have strong clinical and surgical experience in complex gynecological disorders. There will be shared GYN call responsibilities amongst the other department members, but no Obstetrical call required. The Physician will have access to multiple elective OR days per month, acute GYN clinic, and state-of-the-art equipment at both sites.

Skills & Abilities
Education, Certification & Licenses
Medical degree approved by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) required. Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology as recognized by The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or equivalent as recognized by the Provincial Licensing Body required. Canadian Medical Protection Association in good standing. Fellowship certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
Remuneration
Fee for service HOCC for on-call.
