22 Mercy Clinic is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join us in Joplin, Missouri. You will share call and work closely with a large group of experienced physicians and 2 APPs. We are an established, stable, comprehensive, and busy practice with many patients and diverse cases available. A full spectrum of urology can be performed here. We anticipate a short ramp-up period and a very successful recruitment. The ESWL comes once per week. One hospital only with clinic, surgery center, and hospital on same campus! - Park at one location every day!Experienced clinic and support staffWe offer comprehensive services including: da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interstim, urodynamics, Holmium laser, ultrasound, pelvic floor rehabUp to four OR days per week1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for callsAPP's support rounding in hospitalAccess to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on any niche or specialty interestCompensation & Benefits:Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production.
