About Us:

Two fantastic opportunities available:

• Start and build a new practice from scratch with almost no overhead [Rent + running costs covered]
• Join and takeover an existing practice of a doctor who is retiring and leaving a very large number of patients (~ 15 000) who require a new physician. Retiring physician has been in practice since 1980s and has a massive roster.

The medical center has an operating dental, orthotics, physiotherapist, and an extremely supporting pharmacy established for over two decades. Medical clinic is already built on the first floor and set up for use with 5 exam rooms. Another medical clinic can be built with 4 exam rooms on the ground floor. Again, minimal overhead costs.

There are no other physicians currently working, which will lead to extremely high patient walk-ins on a regular basis. However, the existing clinic upstairs has 5 exam rooms providing enough space for multiple physicians to work simultaneously. Nearby physicians are willing to co-work to manage the overload of patients. Opportunity to set up a lab. Pharmacy on premises has been established since 2001 with a high number of patients which can be referred.
