The Licensed Practical Nurse performs a variety of nursing procedures and provides personal care to patients in areas such as Radiation Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and In-Patient Nursing units. Duties and responsibilities include preparing patients for examination(s), preparing examining rooms, assisting with patient physical examinations, performing nursing procedures such as catheterizations and sterile dressings, maintaining related instruments and equipment, assisting with activities of daily living, and performing related clerical duties.
