Charge Nurse - RN/LPN - 6p-6:30a, Part-Time

ABCM Corporation - Bloomfield Care Center and Mulberry Place Independent & Assisted Living () Bloomfield, IA $25.50 to $34.50 per hour

Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON):

+ Supervises nursing team members who provide direct resident care

+ Communicates with all healthcare providers and partners

+ Coordinates and implements nursing care as ordered by the physician and agreed to by the resident

+ Documents resident status / care / services in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner

+ Responsible for the provision of nursing services within the scope of licensure and in compliance with current standards of practice and corporate / care center policies and procedures

+ Follows the plan of care and ensures the overall health and well-being of each resident

Qualifications / Requirements

+ Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license

+ Experience in skilled nursing / long-term care (LTC) preferred, with knowledge and understanding of federal and state nursing facility rules and regulations, including licensing, OSHA, CDC, and Public Safety

+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-Time

Shift: 6p-6:30a, with Occasional Weekends/Holidays; Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range*: $25.50/hr-$34.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Base Wage: $30.00/hr (RN) and $25.00/hr (LPN)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.20/per year, up to ten (10) years

2nd/Evening Shift Differential: $0.50/hr

3rd Shift Differential: $2.00/hr
