Job Description
A home healthcare agency in Las Vegas, Nevada is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing to assume primary responsibility for clinical services provided in Nevada by the agency with supervision from the Director of Clinical Services. The ADON will assist with the direction, coordination, and supervision of clinical functions. They must maintain compliance with federal and Nevada state regulations as they apply to the provision of home visits to patients. Support agency adherence and compliance with policies and procedures. Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff with oversight from the Director of Clinical Services.

Skills and Requirements
-Registered nurse (R. N.) with previous knowledge of home health processes and regulations
-Minimum of two-year of director/supervisory experience.
-Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population.
-Professional demeanor and appearance.
-Excellent oral and written skills.
