Family Physician - Peoples Medical Clinic

Peoples Medical Clinic is currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and licensed Physician to fill a locum position within our esteemed facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients in a fee-for-service compensation model. This role requires a strong commitment to service excellence, outstanding communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general medicine or surgery, with a focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency program.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing physician or surgeon.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong commitment to ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality.
