Our client, a private clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time family physician to join our team of 7 physicians. This exceptional opportunity is also open to new graduates looking to establish and grow their practice in a modern and well-equipped clinic setting. As a Full-time Family Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages

·       Diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries

·       Conducting routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventative care

·       Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans

·       Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results

·       Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and timely electronic medical records using the Accuro EMR system

·       Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

·       Participate in on-call duties as per the clinic's schedule, including evening and weekend rotations

·       Stay current with best practices, guidelines, and advancements in family medicine through ongoing professional development and education

Qualifications:

·       Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)

·       Current liability insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

·       Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
