Otolaryngologist

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing for minimal 1yr commitment
• Preferred Schedule: 2 days/mo, flexible schedule, but suggest 8:30am until done with patients
• Worksite Setting: 17 Bed Critical Access Hospital, 1 OR for cases, other for Endoscopy. Have negative pressure room for office procedures with a microscope.
• Scope of Work: 20-25 patients/day for surgery: BMP, Tonsil Adenoids, and Sinus. NO Call.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IA License, but will consider licensing Provider with IMLC. BC or BE, BLS and/or ACLS, PALS. 2-5yrs experience.
• EMR: Epic
