Registered Nurse (Nurse Team Leader) RN

Creekstone Care Centre is conveniently located by Phibbs Bus Exchange near Second Narrows Bridge in North Vancouver. We offer free parking, bike lockers and showers as were also on a bike route. (Trust me were easy to access!) We opened as a new home in April 2021 and we continue to grow our thriving community. We care about your wellbeing in the Resident neighborhood and our workloads help you to do your very best work. Our home is set-up with 30 residents per floor/neighborhood who are supported by you as the Nurse Team Leader (LPN and RN) along with a Nurse Assistant (i.e. HCA with medication training), 3 HCAs and 1 recreation team member to facilitate the fun so you should never feel alone when at work.

We also care about your wellbeing off the Resident neighborhood and have special team spaces to relax and recharge, and we host great celebration events too. If you have graduated as a Registered Nurse (or have an equivalent combination of education, training and experience) and have an active registration with the College of Midwives and Nurses BC (CMNBC), then we hope you will join us. Compensation is being topped up per the current Provincial Wage Levelling, which could change under direction of the the BC Ministry of Health, and reflects the new negotiated rates starting at $40.21 for RNs.
