Maple Medical Center is a busy medical practice located in Milton ON, and we are now looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of expert family physicians.Currently we have 2 practicing family physicians with ample space to add a Nurse Practitioner to our growing team. This position is a part-time permanent position for 3 days/week with the opportunity of growing to full time hours 5 days/week.What we are looking for:Provide primary care to patients in clinicCoordinate care with in-house physicians and pharmacist teamPerform proper documentation and record keeping to fulfill the medico-legal responsibilitiesActivities including and not limited to - conducting patient interviews, histories, arranging follow up care appointmentsActive practice registration with the College of Nurses of OntarioMasters of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner or equivalent educational preparationExcellent patient focus and communication skillsOne (1) year of recent primary care nursing experience is an assetExperience with EMR is an assetWhat we offer:Compensation is negotiable.
